Kawns TutorNet acts as an online employment agency which helps corporate clients to locate and secure the services of appropriately skilled trainers, assessors and practitioners.

The benefits for our corporate clients are:

• no joining fee
• we can drastically reduce your recruitment costs
• we can help to fill posts in skill shortage areas
• online registration by any number of departments within your organisation to enable precise assignment booking
• online creation of obligation free 'Assignment' requests
  • in response to a 'Assignment' request we will carry out a search of our trainer/assessor database. If suitable matches occur, we will provide online access to outline CVs containing summary details of the trainers who meet your criteria.
  • at this stage, you can purchase full CV and contact details of the candidates who you would like to consider.
  • If required*, we will interview the trainers you identify as suitable candidates on your behalf.
• when you appoint a candidate we can (optionally) deal with their payment if they work for you on a freelance basis.
• our fees are extremely competitive, enabling you to save on the costs associated with advertising, dealing with the administration associated with recruitment, and the initial selection of suitable candidates.
• save even more by subscribing to our service on an annual basis.

Our aim is to provide a fast and effective service which will enable you to find suitably qualified and experienced staff with a minimum of fuss. We will notify you by email (within 24 hours of you initial enquiry) if we do not have candidates who match your search criteria.

Optional Services for trainer/assessor clients:

• We can provide you with a salary processing service if you are required to work on a freelance basis. This service is available should you require it in relation to work obtained elsewhere.
• we offer career development opportunities for people who wish to enter the field of commercial training, or those who would like to work in further education. The assistance we offer can take the form of introductory courses for trainers, or training and portfolio development to gain NVQ style assessor and verifier awards.
• if you would like to be a trainer or practitioner within the Health and Safety field, we can offer members discounted rates (5% off) on online courses delivered via the online learning environment (learnon-line.co.uk).
